Hj-500/2500 High Configuration Electric Transformer Core Cutting Machine
1.General information
1) HJ-400/2200B is specialized equipment for production of the core of transformer.
2)It consists of 2 shearing station and V notching and 1 punch holing to process the lamination of yoke, leg, center leg and etc. It can punch 2 bolting holes on each single sheet simultaneously.
3)It is easy to operate automatically and fine accuracy with AC servo motor, PLC, and touch screen.
4)The feeding device utilizes servo system to make sheets width and positioning automatically.
5)Stacking utilize servo system positioning to increase the stacking accuracy. It makes the sheets stack automatically with magnetic belt powered by servo motor. It has the features of easy maintenance, less floor space and etc.
6)The capacity of production per year is 600MVA for distribution transformer in 2 shifts.
