2.3 Structure features of core tilting platform Equipment are consist of tilt platform, base, hydraulic system & electric control device etc. The two 90 degree of bench surface are densely bearing ball, which can be transitionally connected with assembly line. The length and width of rolling ball table-board should be consistent with the size of assembly line. The height of rolling ball table-board should be same as assembly line, about 300±5mm. The tilt platform, base components are made of thick steel plate after cutting machining, welding and into one. With the machine accuracy requirements to make the integral joint small, end face, and no waves. With sufficient strength and rigidity, make sure stood up switching process of stable and reliable. The strength of the structure more than 2 times of material weighing bearing to ensure safety. The rotating mechanism, hydraulic system and electrical box were set on the bases, can make the equipment concise. Jack-up cylinder in parallel at bases, easy for installation and maintenance. The hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, pipe and valve part are adopt TAIWAN brand, with durable, reliable, sealing, no leakage. All electrical components are concentrated in the electric box. It is convenient for user to control in a best operation position by configurating foot switch. To ensure the safety and meet the requirements of the process. Zero angles and ninety angle of tilting platform is the mechanical limit. The position can be adjusted in a small range to limit the final stop angle.
3. Operation instruction Power Supply main swatch is installed outside electrical control cabinet. A double foot switch controls the upper and lower turnover. Electric schematic diagram refer to appendix.
4: The shipping and installation of equipment. 4.1: Lifting and loading of equipment. 4.11: Equipment is allowed to be hoisted until the person in charge of equipment has checked it already. 4.12: The person in charge must command personally at the scene and deal with the hidden danger in advance when equipment is being hoisted. 4.13: When lifting the parts, people must keep three meters distance from the hoisting assembly unit. It is strictly prohibited to stand people within 2 meters around the lifting hock. Keeping off the phenomenon that the space is too narrow, and appointing one person who is especially responsible to observe the condition on the top and both sides. Problem should be solved out in time. 4.14: Some weak place like button box, motor, electric cabinet can not be extruded when hoisting.
4.2: Transportation of equipment. 4.21: Loading components require stationary, rope tied firmly, and hanged with structural wood in case slipping down when going up and down,cause the accident. 4.22: All of parts should be tied firmly, and over high and weight are strictly prohibited. Do a completely check before all the parts are going to be transported. 4.23: People is forbidden to work or stay in the equipment transportation distinct. People can't walk in transportation area in order to prevent falling objects wounding. 4.24 .Manual operations must be consistent with the slogan, and obey the specialist command, to prevent touching hand or touching foot.
