1. General principles
Assembly equipment is used for 35kv~500kv transformer body assembly and bear the weight of silicon steel sheet, and is

The structure of assembly equipment is truss-type structure, composed of 2 sets of mounting rack; Unilateral mounting rack
is composed of walk platform and auxiliary material platform, walk platform used for operation personnel, auxiliary material
platform used for placing silicon steel sheet or other materials; The rise and fall of loading in the form of lead screw,
moving system by bilateral motor drive moving wheel. Bilateral reduction gears independently, which can realize linkage,
unilateral distance is adjustable.
2. Specifications and performance
Structure Introduction : This assembly equipment is composed of frame body, walk platform,auxiliary material platform,
guardrail, ladder stand, tool box, driving mechanism and operational control.
1.1 The main steel structure is square steel tube.
1.1.1 Moving wheel support: moving wheel and side frame adopts fabricated structure.
1.1.2 Cross connection beam: adopt truss-type structure, upper plane used for the lower feeding frame.
1.1.3 Moving wheel: unilateral mounting rack has two driving wheel and two driven wheel, surface of moving wheel adopts
polyurethane, two driving wheel driven by a gear motor respectively.
1.1.4 Deceleration motor with brake device for the motor driving wheel lock.
1.2 Walk platform and auxiliary material platform
1.2.1 Scalable walk platform: laying checkered plate on the upper surface

1.3 Driving mechanism and operation control
