Insulation Material Production Equipment Paperboard Batten Chamfering Machine
1.The application
This machine is designed especially for milling the laminated paperboard batten into R edge or chamfering angle for the spacers in the transformer oil gap.
2.Structure of equipment (device)
Working table (machine body), milling cutter, active rollers for compressing material, bracket, electrical cabinet and dust collecting hood.
2.1 .The working table----is equipped with a guide plate and a plate of compressing materials.
2.2.The milling cutter shaft----there are two vertical shafts at the right and the left, and the milling cutter of four edges is used, in which one is a fixed shaft and the other is a transverse movable shaft.
2.3.The active shaft to compress materials----two active rollers for compressing materials.

5.The technical requirement
5.1.The surface processed is smooth, on which there is no any carbonization, no obvious tools marks as well as wavy shape.
5.2.The electrical equipment is safe and reliable, which is equipped with a safety device (such as over-current protection, emergency stop button, etc..)
5.3.There are the reliable safety hoods for the other motors and the transmission parts to prevent from personal injury or equipment damage.
5.4.This machine is equipped with the interface for the dust collection device.
