HJ-200-1200A Core Cutting Line

1.Summary
1.1.HJ-200/1200A is specialized equipment for production of the core of transformer.
1.2 It consists of 2 shearing station to process the lamination of yoke (without V) and leg.
1.3 It is easy to operate automatically and fine accuracy with AC servo motor, PLC, and touch screen.
1.4The feeding device utilizes servo system to make sheets width and positioning automatically.

3.Equipment and main function of the composition
It consists of double head decoiler, buffer, feeder, shearing, collection box and electric control system.

3.1.Double head decoiler:
Frequency speed regulation, auto-tracking synchronization control.
Double head can be turned to opposite position, when one head is under working and another one can be ready to next processing, shorten the loading time and enhance work efficiency.

3.2.Buffer device
It provides buffering for sheet strip between feeder and decoiler by a pit. Collect Sensor signal from the guide plate and keep the decoiler synchronized with feeder speed. The Station has safety protection function.

It consists of encoder, AC servo motor, feed roller and other mechanical combination controlled by PLC.

Shearing station is equipped with 2 shearing machine, and positioning on 45 degrees and 135 degrees.

3.5 Collection box
After the conveyor belt into material unloading ridge, with the aid of gravity and eccentric make yoke and side pillar fall into collection box.

It consists of 1set touch screen for graphical, character and figure display.  It is man-machine interface with necessary information in English (per customer req.); its main console can control all the devices for manual and auto operation.


4.Other
4.1.The cutting blade is made of carbide alloy, and each grinding can be used for 500,000 shears. Extra blades set, other consumable items shall be payable separately by the client (unless indicated otherwise in the specification).
