Product Description

1. Brief Introduction
This foil winding machine is three layers foil winding machine, apply to amorphous transformer, oil-immersed transformer. Winding coil is foil belt. Coil shape can be round, cylindrical, oval, rectangle, etc.,
The equipment has complete functions and high production efficiency, the foil belt tension by electric control is convenient and reliable. The deviation(alignment) adjustment adopts servo control to be accurate, stable and reliable, ensuring the processing quality of the coil.
LV foil coil uses different thickness copper or aluminum foil as conductor, wide band type insulation material as layer insulation, complete winding in foil type winding machine, forming roll coil.
This equipment can also be applied to the similar coil winding of electrical industry.
The machine adopts PLC control method with the characteristics of high degree of automation.

2. Composition and Function of the Equipment

2.1 The Function of Main Components 
2.1.1 Foil de-coiling device: De-coiling device is 3 sets
(1) Photoelectric electric rectifying: Rectifying system adopts edge photoelectric signal, electric rectifying mechanism, convenient adjustment of the rectifying speed and force; No matter the thickness of the foil can be measured accurately, don't damage the foil band edge, rectifying is accurate and reliable, Low failure, convenient maintenance.
(2) The size of the tension is given by electric, ensures that it is not loose in the process of winding.
(3) To ensure the convenient winding of the amorphous transformer foil coil with small width, tension can be set and input according to the different foil, can display tension value on the screen, stable Tension, no matter how big or small foil belt, roller can take foil pressure.
2.1.2 Winding Device
The winder is located at left front. The determination of mechanical strength and output torque is taking into account max. size of work piece and top limit of tension, and enough margin.
The frame of winding device is made of tailed-welded thick steel plate annealing and machining. Transmission reduction mechanism use custom turbine worm structure. Therefore it ensures mechanical strength at the large output torque, stable working.
The acceleration slope of starting and stopping is reasonable, when winding. Winder has brake function, improve the operability of the equipment. Drive motor power is abundant, ample reserve power.
Winding motor adopt ac motor frequency conversion control, winding speed by foot switch control.
  1. Can adapt to round, square and rectangular section coil, roller driven by cylinder, pressure tight or loose, clamping force stepless regulate by pressure valve, will not pressure the damage and narrow foil tape, especially wind rectangular coil \,roller can pressure tight reliably, don't damage the coil.
  2. Winding machine and tailstock design with high intensity, satisfies the requirement of bearing.
  3. Winding shaft can be replaced upon design .
2.1.3 Layer Insulation De-coiler 
Stay the positive and reverse tension: consist of rewinding shaft, support tailstock, rolling and cutting edge device, etc. Has two sets of layer insulation rewinding shaft, rewinding shaft use inflatable shaft, without guide rail outside the body, don't take space, neat and beautiful site. The size of the tension created by the layer insulation is stepless given through the regulating pressure valve. Tension size will not pull the most narrow insulating layer deformation.
2.1.4 Main Frame
Main frame is a frame structure, it is welded by thick steel plate after finish machining, combination of related components. Except for some main devices, the most of assistance devices are installed on it.Main frame design has high rigidity, to support a variety of mechanical force and gravity. Ensure position accuracy of each parallel shaft hole on left and right wall, by using synchronous processing way in the processing .
2.1.5 Welding Device
  1. Argon arc welding device
Foil tape and wire welded using TIG welding, welding device is mainly composed of the following parts: clamping, welding torch drive mechanism and welding torch adjusting mechanism, TIG welding machine, cooling water tank, etc. The opening and closing of clamping part is by pneumatic implementation, pneumatic pressure ensure all kinds of foil tape can pressure, without deflection, without warped edge and away from the seam, welding torch can up and down, left and right, and swing adjustment, welding torch welding and walking control by frequency converter drive motor, stepless adjustable speed. The whole device can move around to arrive or leave the welding work area.
  1. Welding equipment satisfy the welding of the most narrow and thin foil, also meet welding of the most thick and wide foil .
2.1.6 Deburring Cleaning Device
Using roller extrusion foil belt edge, pneumatic pressure adjustment, ensure the foil belt edge without burr.
2.1.7 Cutting Device
Consist of straight knife, the disc cutter, guidance system and the pressure plate, etc. Cylinder push clamp and let the foil material pressure, the disc cutter in motor driven along a straight-line guide rail, ensure foil with one-time cut. The whole device can fine-tune before and after, convenient for coincidence of shear line and tag line.
2.2 Electrical Control System
It use own source program and operation system, all configuration of winding, turns control and segment control is operated by PLC and indicates on the touch panel and system implementation. Perform implementation by each system. Operator can set parameters on the PLC and completed volume production of the same product. It can also manually operate on the control button, include inching and linkage work.
There are several emergency buttons at main control panel and main devices. If any emergency, press the button to stop for safety.
All the operations can be controlled by the main control panel.
