1.1HJ-350/1200 is specialized equipment for cut-to-length of the silicon core of transformer and electric reactor.

Silicon steel sheet feeding adopts frequency control method, automatic tracking system control;
bearing cylinder can be easily replaced work station by manual; loading mandrel is with manual
adjustment, the performance of the loading is more stable and reliable;
Feeder is the core part of this machine, use closed-loop control methods. Device is consist of roller,
length measuring wheeler, Piece width limit, change width by servo motor, feeding by servo motor etc.
The feeder roller is consist of up and down roller, Down roller is drive roll, up roller is press roll.
Use the certain pressure uniform press on the down roll, ensure the material run smoothly and without
sliding surface.
