HJ-300/1800 is specialized equipment for production of transformer cores.It consists of 2 shearing stations and 1 V-notching station to process the lamination of yoke, leg and center leg etc. The equipment adopts the Mitsubishi automatic control system, operation easily, high automation and precision. The equipment adopts multiple sets of AC servo system. Respectively used in: material transmission channel by servo motor to set material width in screen operation and automatic positioning. Shearing and v-notching adopt AC servo motor as driving power, with fast response speed, low noise, small vibration, convenience maintenance. The equipment is easy to maintenance, covers small area.

4. Composition and main function of equipment The equipment is composed of double head decoiler device, buffer device, feeding device, v-notching, shear device, transmission device, depiler device, stacking device and electric control system.

4.2 Buffer device Adopt no-pit material storage way, which is convenient to install the equipment and use safely
4.3 Feeding device Feeding device is the core part of shear machine; adopt the closed loop control mode. Device is composed of feeding roller, length measuring wheel, with limitation, servo width adjustment, servo feeding system and so on. The feeding roller is composed of an upper roller and a lower roller, the lower roller is an active roller, the upper roller is a pressing roller, and the lower roller is uniformly pressed on the lower roller by a certain air pressure, so as to ensure that the material is stable and the surface does not run in slip.
4.4 V-notching device V-notching device is used for punching and cutting of yoke V type gap and center leg, which is composed of the base ,cutter(including the upper blade, the lower blade, blade holder, blade body ),servo motor(including power control of punching and cutting, the control of horizontal movement),precision ball guide post guide sleeve, horizontal adjustment linear guide rail, ball screw and so on. According to product width and notching depth to adjust v-notching device automatically by touch screen operation, which meet the work requirements of center leg and yoke, etc. V-notching device related parameters: The cutting blade is made of 40 Cr carbide alloy, and each grinding can be used for 1,000,000 shears. 4.5 Shearing device Equipped with two shearing devices, put 45 degrees and 135 degrees position. Each set of device consist of base (including upper and lower machine plate, column, precision ball, guide pillar and cover), shear blade (including upper blade, lower blade, blade holder, blade body), servo system (shearing power) and so on. Shearing device related parameters: The cutting blade is made of 40 Cr carbide alloy, and each grinding can be used for 1,000,000 shears. Blade edge length 480mm Shearing burr ≤0.02mm
4.6 Transmission device The device adopts the center positioning way, transmission belt step-less speed regulation, discharge smoothly. The line adopts the automatic width adjustment operation modes to meet the transmission of different material sheet width. Width adjustment device adopt the straight line guide, ball screw drive mode. The width adjustment of whole line work together, electric focus adjustment, position display.
4.7 Depiler device The function of depiler device is to transfer the material sheet from the transmission device to the upper-bridge and lower-bridge according to controller instruction to finish the depiler. The device consists of auxiliary feeding roller, depiler plate, depiler cylinder, upper-lower transition plate, upper-lower bridge, AC motor, servo motor , reducer and so on. The two up and down bridge can lift automatically according to the material sheet stacking height
4.8 Stacking device Stacking device is composed of stacking table, stacking plate and so on. Up and down two floors, is the frame structure. Material plate can transverse translation, convenient to the hoisting of material plate. Stacking plate size: 1800*350mm
4.9 Electric control system Speed adjustment, positioning and function control is composed of Mitsubishi AC servo system and logic control system and other modules. Operation terminal adopt Siemens touch screen, ensure the high speed response capability of system and high precision motion control
