Each mixing tank adopts electric heating,water as a heat transfer medium,automatic temperature control;All material tube adopt water jacket heating;Pouring pot adopts the electric hot plate for direct heating,uniformly distributed on the surface of vacuum pouring tanks.The heating part adopts rock wool insulation,The pouring tank is armoured by the stainless steel thin plate,the mixing tank is armoured by thin steel plate,surface coating.Temperature of outside surface of thermal insulation layer is not higher than the room temperature 15 ºC.
Degassing method of vacuum stripping tank:Built-in thin film degassing method.Liquid material from the bottom of the tank by rotating screw ascend to the top of the umbrella of the degasser,High pressure liquid material at the bottom decompression at the top of the umbrella ,flow downward along the surface of the umbrella to form a liquid film,exposure in a vacuum,inside bubble expansion, broken,bubbles discharge by vacuum system.This way can effectively all the materials including high pressure liquid at the bottom of the tank degassing thoroughly.Since then after degassing process, until completion of the casting, resin, curing agent is no longer exposed to the atmosphere.
