1.Tank inner size: 7.0×5.0×4.0(L×W×H) V=140M3

3.The temperature in tank is controlled automatically; and the highest temperature is : 135±5ºC
4.The temperature difference at random two points after heating and preserving is : ≤±5ºC

15.Vapor phase drying (VPD) plant is used for heating and vacuum drying of transformer, windings or other active part in the autoclave by means of kerosene vapor. The process is carried out in the autoclave with the built-in cascade evaporator using advance vapor phase drying process sequence i.e. heating up phase, intermediate pressure reduction phases, pressure reduction phase, fine vacuum phase and aeration phase. The plant is offered with a cascade evaporator system.
