QFT-1000 Transformer body Tilting Platform 1. Function overview. The machine is specialized equipment for the needs of transformer body and tilting work of the same work piece. The machine will satisfy the operation condition of relevant work piece when it upturns 90 angles and ensure that the work piece won't produce deformation and collisions. 2.3. The structure characteristics of body tilting platform. Tilt plate form consist of tilt platform, base, support, hydraulic system, and electric control device. Tilt platform and base are made of thick steel plate and section steel with machine work and welding as the whole after cutting. As the accuracy requirement of machine work to make the entirety reach the standard of tiny joint, smooth end face, no wave. The device has enough strength and stiffness to ensure the stationary and reliability at the tilting process. The structural strength and designed margin will be over double of the loading bearing to ensure the safety. Rotating mechanism and hydraulic system are set in the inside of equipment. Two litres of oil cylinder are set in the base in parallel for being installed easily and maintenance in the future. The oil hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil cylinder, valves and hydraulic pipe joint use the Taiwan brand, which is durable, reliable seal and no-leaking. All electrical components are concentrated in the electric box. It is convenient for user to control in a best operation position by configurating foot switch. Zero angles and ninety angle of tilting platform is the mechanical limit. The position can be adjusted in a small range to limit the final stop angle.
3. The shipping and installation of equipment. 3.1. Lifting and loading of equipment. 3.11. Equipment is allowed to be hoisted until the person in charge of has checked it already. 3.12. The person in charge must command personally at the scene and deal with the hidden danger in advance when equipment is being hoisted. 3.13. When lifting the parts, people must keep three meters distance from the hoisting assembly unit. It is strictly prohibited to stand people within 2 meters around the lifting hock. Keeping off the phenomenon that the space is too narrow, and appointing one person who is especially responsible to observe the condition on the top and both sides. Problem should be solved out in time. 3.13. Some weak place like button box, motor, electric cabinet can not be extruded when hoisting.
3.2. Transportation of equipment. 3.21. Loading components require stationary, rope tied firmly, and hanged with structural wood in case slipping down when going up and down,cause the accident. 3.22. All of parts should be tied firmly, and over high and weight are strictly prohibited. Do a completely check before all the parts are going to be transported. 3.23. People are forbidden to work or stay in the equipment transportation distinct. People can't walk in transportation area in order to prevent falling objects wounding. 3.23. Manual operation must be consistent with the slogan, and obey the specialist command.to prevent touching hand or touching foot.
3.3. Equipment installation 3.31. Area should be cleaned up around installation points, and can't have any stuff before equipment enter working area. The installation size refers to the equipment foundation drawing.
3.32. Customers prepare the gasket with different thickness according to the floor situation of factory. 3.33. Equipment should be installed far away from strong magnetic and epicentre electrical equipment to prevent the interference from vibration and bad signal. Electrical equipment can't be installed in those circumstance where exist overbalance contaminant, such as dust, acids, corrosive gas and salts. 3.34. When installing equipment should ensure the space of operation and maintenance. The outermost end of the adjacent object is one meter apart. 3.35. Ensure the foot screws fixation of equipment is reliable.
3.4. Note of equipment maintenance. 3.41. Checking each emergency stop and limit switch if reliable work frequently. Ensuring each of them is safe and reliable. 3.42.Check and lubricate that each of sports vice mechanism and check and confirm fastening piece are not loose. 3.43.The hydraulic oil is the HM - 36 anti-wear hydraulic oil, System oil temperature can't be higher than 65ºC.Long time and high temperature operation will speed up abrasion and aging of equipment. 3.43. Hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year. Whether hydraulic oil type matched and residue cleaning should be noticed at the time of replacing oil. The inlet tube's oil-filter screen of hydraulic oil pump should be clean regularly. 3.45. Checking and confirming whether the operation of the entire rolling shaft is normal and no abnormal sound. 3.46. System pressure should be adjusted referred to illustration please. Pressure range mustn't't be over rated value. 3.47. Electronic control system. Any operation of opening electric control cabinet must be operated under the condition of blackout. Electric control system should be kept clean. Checking whether the connection between the relay and base is reliable. Equipment should be connected with ground reliably for security.
