Product Description

Continuity of Insulation Tester (low voltage method) for Enamelled Wire

XHDC50 Continuity of insulation  tester (low voltage method )
1.Implementation standard :IEC 60851-5,Inspection standard JB/T 4279.12-2008

2.It tests continuity of the paint film (namely the number of pinholes per unit length ) of round enameled wire with conductor nominal diameter not wider than 0.050mm.

3.32 bit RAM control system .

4.It adopts sodium sulfate solutions (concentration :30g/L)as test medium .

5.The solutions can circulate automatically .

6.Continuity fault indicator light will be on when the number of samples per second exceeds 10.

7.It is equipped with single and continuity fault detection circuits ,which can detect and display fault number and continuity fault of the sample .

8.The LCD screen can indicate the testing steps and display the testing result .

9.All test data and spool product information can be automatically transmitted to the top position machine and automatically saved and analyzed by QME enameled wire quality management syste
