I. BWS-70 Transformer Temperature Indicator Thermometer
Application
BWS-70 Transformer Temperature Indicator Thermometer is an instrument suitable for measuring oil temperature of transformer, which is installed on the side wall of the transformer. This instrument has sensitive response, clear indication, simple structure, good reliability and other good characteristics, its outer shell is made of stainless steel with beautiful appearance and long service life.
Usage and Maintenance
1. In order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, the length of the thermometer temperature package inserted into the measured medium or sheath must be greater than 100mm.
2. The temperature package of the thermometer should avoid collision, bending and deformation in the use, installation and transportation.
3. When installing the instrument, tighten the pressure screw after straightening the instrument. Do not use the thermometer shell as a wrench, so as not to affect the accuracy of the instrument.
II. YZ-70 Transformer Vacuum Pressure Gauge
Application and Structure
The instrument is a pressure measuring instrument of box transformer, it can directly reflect the internal pressure changes of box transformer caused by environmental temperature changes, observe the normal operation of the transformer.

Usage and Maintenance
1. The instrument should be installed vertically to ensure the accuracy.
2. The measuring range shall not exceed 3/4 of the upper and lower limits.
3. During installation, straighten the instrument and then tighten and press screw, the outer shell is not allowed to use as a wrench to adjust the angle.
4. The instrument should be handled with care during installation and transportation, and should not be shaken greatly.
5. Regular inspection should be made within 6 months under normal use.
III. UHZ-01Transformer Oil Level Meter
Application
The oil level meter is suitable for the oil level indication installed on the side wall of medium and small oil-immersed transformer oil storage tank and on-load switch oil storage tank. It is also suitable for the level measurement of other open or pressure vessels. It can replace the connected glass tube level meter with the characteristics of safety, intuitive, reliable and long service life.
The Working Conditions
1. Working Ambient Temperature: -40 ~ +80ºC.
2. Relative Humidity: when the air temperature is 25ºC, the humidity is not more than 90%.
3. Altitude: ≤2000m
4. Installation Position without intense vibration and strong magnetic field
5. Oil Level Meter should be installed vertically
Structure and Working Principle
1. Oil level meter structure: oil level meter is composed of float, connecting rod, seat, magnetic steel, pointer and so on. Because the gauge seat is completely isolated from the float and pointer, thus ensuring seal reliability.
2. Working principle: When the oil level in the oil storage cabinet increases or decreases because of temperature or other reasons, the float of the oil level meter rises or decreases synchronously with the oil level, thus driving the pointer to rotate and indicating the level of oil;
IV. YSF Serial Transformer Pressure Relief Valve
Application and Performance
The relief valve is mainly used to make the gas pressure in the container does not exceed the predetermined value, when the pressure is higher than the relief pressure (P), the valve will open automatically, let the gas escape, when the pressure is lower than the relief pressure (P), the valve will close automatically. In addition, the user can pull the ring at any time to open the valve to lower the pressure.
