Our standard configuration for vacuum annealing furnace consists of a mother furnace and 2 sub - furnaces.Mother furnac is the heating furnace and the sub-furnace is the cooling furnace.Subfurnace can be increased according to your output.Since the heating time and holding time are relatively short, and the cooling time is longer,water cooling can be adopted.In order to save energy consumption, we are generally equipped with more than two sub-furnace, alternate cycle use.As the oven cools ,you can use the residual heat of the furnace to heat the next furnace.If you use a mother furnace and a sub - furnace, it's the same as if you're heating it a second time and you're cooling it down, and you're heating it up for a long time.
