Hydraulic Copper Busbar Processing Machine
Bus bars are an important component in the manufacture of transformers. They are a solid element that allows a flexible way of transmitting and distributing power.
Our busbar combined the punching, shearing and bending function with high efficency work.

Main Advantage :
1.The punching and shearing units adopt round integral structure, with novel and unique design rendering reasonable force bearing, and thus effectively guarantees the long-term use without deformation;
2. The bending unit uses integral sturcture and angle limit control mode, allowing easyoperation and high accuracy. This machine adopts the design approach of double -layer work bench.
3. The machine is provided with an automactic oil charge and discharge system, easy to operate, with the hydraulic oil charged into the oil tank via a filter so as to protect the entire hydraulic system from contamination.
4. This machine is provided with stainless steel oil tank to protect the hydraulic oil from corrosive deterioration, and extend the service lift of hydraulic oil and the seals.

Punch Unit
It can finish round hole punch ,oblong hole punch , square hole punch and embossing etc through change of die.

Shear Unit
It adopts punching shear method, the verticality of the end surface is guaranteed, no deformation of workpiece and the end surface is bright and good appearance.

Bend Unit
Plain bending, vertical bending ,elbow pipe bending, connecting terminal and copper bar bending etc can be carried out via changing of die. The die is simple and easy to change.
