Product Description

High flow Transformer Oil Recycling Machine, vacuum type Oil Dehydration Plant
ZJA is specially used for around or up to 110kv power transformer. This machine has a strong ability of vacuum degassing, oil-water separation, and particle purification. Commonly used in the transformer on-site maintenance and high-grade new oil, transformer oil deep purification treatment. Also used for vacuum oiling and drying of the transformer.

Compare with our previous design, according to the market  feedback in recent years, this new model have many imporovement, especially in the filtration system. There were three-stage filtration (magnetic + primary filter + fine filter + superfine filter) in previous design, now added one more filtration (magnetic + primary filter + fine filter + superfine filter) , and for the flow rate of 4000L/h, The evaporation area of the vacuum separation system of the equipment is increased. So the perfomance of the new model will be further better. 

According to your requirement,  the on-line moisture analyzer and flow meter can be added as option too.
