1.Equipment Introduction
The machine is suitable for winding 50KVA-630KVA oil immersed power transformer high voltage coil. The device can use the same width of end insulation paper tape, with tension to finish the end insulation and layer insulation winding automatically. The winding and wiring of insulation are synchronized and automatically transposed. At the same time, the round wire flattening system can squish the enameled round wire within the range of < 25% in real time, so as to improve the filling rate between turns of the coil. The combination of the two and the optimization design can significantly reduce the transformer cost, improve the short-circuit resistance, and reduce the temperature rise. Due to the use of a large number of German original intelligent sensors, with digital control system, so that the operation is more convenient and fast, greatly improve the production efficiency, ideally, a high voltage coil production only about 20 minutes.
