Product Description

WPN series CNC winding press machine
Characteristics:
1)Four cylinders linked with top platform are used to provide down pressure, reliable running and convenient maintenance.

2)Pressure on winding is from internal pressure, which can be used to lessen the recline on strength of foundation.

3)Hydraulic system is designed with both low pressure oil line and high pressure oil line. Low pressure oil line means long travel and fast feed. High pressure line means short travel and precise feed. High pressure return oil line is designed with accumulator, which can reduce the vibration.

4)The simple operation, high pressing precision, accurate pressure control operation of safety and reliability can be acquired by servo-control on hydraulic system by CNC system.

5)Multi-layer safety protection functions (for example, accidental power failure during pressing winding) can be achieved.

6)The computer control system can record the data of position and pressure during pressing winding automatically to facilitate query for production later.

7)Selective function and auxiliary parts: accidental power failure module, winding transportation equipment (rail carrier, electrical forklift)etc.
