1.Summarize
This machine is specialized equipment for production of the core of transformer.This equipment is with PLC automatic control system, convenient operation, high automation degree and precision. Total machine use multiple sets of AC servo system, easy to maintain and occupy less field area.  The iron core of a transformer is laminated to reduce eddy currents. Eddy currents are the small currents that result from the changing magnetic field created by the alternating current in the first coil. Laminations about the transformer's core give small gaps in between, which enhances the coil's resistance. This resistance will decrease the total current and thus holds the eddy current losses. Lamination is made to decrease the eddy current loss by enhancing the resistance of the core.
