Epoxy Resin Vacuum Casting Equipment for Transformer 

Introduction: This is mainly sued in resin impregnation and envelopment of electric appliance coils. The application objects include transformer, reactors, instrument transformers, high voltage insulation pieces, high voltage cable connectors, discharge coils, ignition coils, motors, electric welding machine, nuclear power actuator drive motor, magnetic suspension train long stator, Tokamak nuclear fusion low-temperature full superconducting coils.

This equipment is accurate measurement system:When high viscosity premix pump delivery the resin, curing agent premix to final mix tank ,Components in the electronic measuring system, under the control of PLC to realize precise measurement,Throughput is less than 30 kg,error is less than + / - 0.3 kg,When throughput is greater than or equal to 30 kg, the error is less than + / - 1%.

This equipment adopts dynamic blender mixing material.

This equipment has the PLC program control and manual intervention control mode.

Each mixing tank adopts electric heating,water as a heat transfer medium,automatic temperature control;All material tube adopt water jacket heating;Pouring pot adopts the electric hot plate for direct heating,uniformly distributed on the surface of vacuum pouring tanks.The heating part adopts rock wool insulation,The pouring tank is armoured by the stainless steel thin plate,the mixing tank  is armoured by thin steel plate,surface coating.Temperature of outside surface of thermal insulation layer is not higher than the room temperature 15 ºC.
Degassing method of vacuum stripping tank:Built-in thin film degassing method.Liquid material from the bottom of the tank by rotating screw ascend to the top of the umbrella of the degasser,High pressure liquid material at the bottom decompression at the top of the umbrella ,flow downward along the surface of the umbrella to form a liquid film,exposure in a vacuum,inside bubble expansion, broken,bubbles discharge by vacuum system.This way can effectively all the materials including high pressure liquid at the bottom of the tank degassing thoroughly.Since then after degassing process, until completion of the casting, resin, curing agent is no longer exposed to the atmosphere.

Vacuum mixing tank vacuum degree of work curve is controlled by PLC, to prevent the pressure is too low, material expansion, evaporating into the vacuum system.
