I  General description:
ZPX automatic wiring winding machine adopts automatic wiring and tension stretching technology. The automatic winding machine is suitable for winding all kinds of small and medium-sized distribution transformers, CT &PT, reactor coils and similar processes. It is composed of winding host, automatic wiring device, layer insulation supply device, adjustable expansion pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC control and servo system. It has the advantages of high automation, complete functions and strong power, which guarantees the axial tightness and amplitude tightness of the coil winding, especially suitable for winding rectangular coils.

IV  Detail description
1 Function feature:
1.1 The machine adopts high-precision gear reducer and variable frequency stepless speed regulation system, which has high efficiency and low noise.
1.2 The motor has brake function, sensitive and reliable.
1.3 The spindle shaft adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, high-speed encoder counting, braking and starting controlled by PLC program.
The brake slope can be set to suit the best winding condition.
1.4 Wide range of frequency conversion speed regulation, accurate speed regulation, stable.

The linear drive of wiring adopts imported ball screw and linear ball guide to ensure the precise wiring pitch.
1.7 Set up dedicated lines to synchronize automatic wiring and winding.
1.8 The wire lining device is provided with an elastic wheel to avoid the breakage of the paper when winding the rectangular coil with rectangular flat wire.
1.9 Before winding, the brake line pitch can be conveniently set according to different wire gauges. During the winding process, the possible errors can be manually fine-tuned to ensure the precision of the coil.
1.10 The bench control box is placed above the chassis, easy to use and clear to display.
