1.Implementation standard :IEC60851-3,Inspection standard :JB/T4279.3.
2.It is applied to metal wire whose stretch breaking force not bigger than 3000N.

4.Clamps are designed according to characteristics of aluminum wires ,thus can avoid sample breaking in clamps completely .Clamps can scrape paint film automatically after pressing the sample tightly .
5.Clamp will stop moving when the sample is snap .Error between the percentage elongation displayed on LED and the actual percentage elongation is less than 1%.
6.The results are accurate to one decimal place .
7.The LCD screen can indicate the testing steps and display the testing result .
8.All test data and spool product information can be automatically transmitted to the top position machine and automatically saved and analyzed by QME enameled wire quality management system .
