VPD-300 INNER TYPE KEROSENE VAPOR PHASE DRYING PLANT
 
1 ,Vacuum drying plant
 
1,Tank inner size: 9.0×4.5×4.5(L×W×H)  V=182.25M3
Effective dimensions of a chamber (m):8.5×4.0×4.0(L×W×H)
Main materials: hot rolled steel plate and hot rolled section steel
   Heating pipe will be used material of STGP-35-joint-less steel and being considered , as welding structure.
2,Tank shape: horizontal
As a tunnel type of a horizontal form, the rail for carts is laid inside.
3,The temperature in tank is controlled automatically; and the highest temperature is : 135±5ºC
4,The temperature difference at random two points after heating and preserving is : ≤±5ºC
5,The ultimate vacuum degree in the cool tank is : ≤ 6Pa
6,Leakage Rate : 5mbar.L/S
7,Ultimate working vacuum degree : ≤30Pa
8,The airproof structure of the tank mouth is adopted the lip shaped rubber ring which is high temperature resistant.

4,The trolley

The ultimate vacuum degree of the unit: P0<1Pa
The suction capacity of the unit: 9800m³/h
2,the main suction valves adopt DN250 pneumatic butterfly valves. (made in NJ, Shanghai)

6,The kerosene evaporating and condensate feeding  system
 
  1. The inner cascade evaporator is installed on one side of the drying tank inner. It transforms the kerosene into steam.
The evaporating power: 300KW
  1. The kerosene condensed flows through the buffering tank, the motor shielded pump, 10μm paper core fine filter, then goes into the inner cascade kerosene evaporator, and becomes kerosene steam again.
  2. The impurity grain contained in the filtered kerosene is small to 10μm..
  3. The dimension of the buffering tank is DN1600×2000(straight portion)
  4. 2 sets of kerosene feeding pumps made by Empire motor shielded pump Co.,Ltd., Dalian( Japanese sole proprietorship)
